How do I pay?
With MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. When you finish choosing your shoes, Flare shows you the number to send money to and the exact amount. After you send it, you tap I have paid.
What happens after I pay?
A person on the Flare team checks that the money arrived. Then you get a message in Flare with the day your shoes will be delivered.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. You only need your name, your phone number and a password. It lets us send you your delivery day and lets you see your orders any time.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Tap Forgot my password on the log in page and type your phone number. The Flare team will send you a new password by SMS or WhatsApp.
Can I buy more than one pair?
Yes. On the pairs step, tap the plus button to add more pairs. The total price changes by itself so you always know what to pay.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Zambia. Once we confirm your payment, we send you the day your shoes will arrive.
